Day 2 The phone rings at 2am FEB 8th 2005

Britt discharged from the hospital and went to see Ben . That night at 2 am she recieved a call from the NICU . He had air around his heart the ventilator that was keeping him alive was causing bad complications. They asked if she wanted to come in, they didn't think he would make the night. She crumbled to tears in my arms."I can't go and watch him die". We called her dad and his wife they came right over we sat and talked and cried. Trying to prepare ourselves to accept Gods will ,whatever that may be. At 7 am still no call . We called the hospital he had made the night but needed to be transfered to New Orleans for a life saving procedure.
